Mr. Khalil Hashmi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with over 15 years of post-qualification experience. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SPEL Group, a leading manufacturer involved in engineering and technology-driven projects, supplying plastic products to multinationals such as Nestlé, Unilever, Honda, Toyota, and Suzuki. SPEL also exports to multiple countries across Europe and the Middle East and is ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and HACCP certified.

Mr. Hashmi has extensive expertise in financial planning, treasury and risk management, budgeting, costing, internal controls, taxation, audit, corporate compliance, and ERP systems. Under his leadership, SPEL received first position in the ICAP Professional Excellence Award (2012). He has also been recognized as Best Speaker at the Lahore Toastmasters Club. He has received international training from HIDA (Japan) and LUMS and maintains a strong professional network across the financial and corporate sectors.
