Sharon is the Deputy Chairman of the Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group of IFAC and a member of its Public Policy and Regulation Advisory Group. Sharon is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. She holds Accounting and Law Degrees and has an MBA specialising in Governance, Entrepreneurship and Strategy. She has been based in Dubai for over 20 years, servicing a wide range of clients across Africa, Middle East and Asia, and has been visiting Pakistan since 2004. Her company, Capital Advantage, is a full service Governance, Risk and Compliance Company, working with a wide range of entities including financial services, sovereign wealth, regulators and listed and private companies. She is a faculty member of a number of institutes of directors delivering a broad range of topics, including finance, for governance, legal and finance professionals.
