Rose is an Executive coach since 2012. She has been coaching leaders in various industries. She comes from a Marcom and Media background where she worked and consulted for 20 years, she aims at keeping it simple and real when coaching senior executives. Personal and career growth and climbing the ladder of success are the main targets, whatever success means to the client. Leaders find their goals setting with Rose simpler than anticipated and most importantly going through the transformational journey is as challenging as enjoyable. She focuses a lot on an agile co-active module which balances being and doing. Most importantly, she likes to celebrate of each goal completion, priming clients to the focus on the next goal. Rose has assisted leaders who are consumed at their workplace and possibly not entirely fulfilled in their personal life, to find a safe place where they unveil their real self and get reminded of their real potential, values and life and career purpose. Her coaching style is candid, courageous and full of honest feedback. She nudges and at times pushes clients outside their comfort zone. Fun is never absent in her sessions too!

Originally, Rose is an honor graduate of Computer Science from Lebanese American university Rose is an athlete, windsurfer and kick boxer and believes that the synch between body and mind is key to coaching success and achieving goals.
