About ICAP

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is leading the accountancy profession in Pakistan, adding value to national and international businesses. The Institute was envisioned and established to regulate the accountancy profession in general, particularly the auditing profession and is responsible for imparting Chartered Accountancy qualification in Pakistan. 

The repute and standing that ICAP commands today is due to the determination, courage and loyalty shown by the members and the leadership.  Our members are committed to play their role in several international and domestic sectors, by having presence in 44 States across the globe. In addition, ICAP plays a vital role in strengthening the regulatory framework in Pakistan through cooperation and collaboration with important policymaking institutions and regulators, including the State Bank of Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Federal Board of Revenue and other Ministries
