Tania is a dedicated tech leader with a passion for driving the progress and prosperity of Pakistan and its people through the transformative power of technology. Having earned her MBA from MIT, she amassed over a decade of experience at Google, reaching the position of Director of Product Management for Next Billion Users and Payments. In this role, she played a pivotal part in Google's expansion into South Asian frontier markets, taking on the responsibilities of a Country Manager for Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Upon her return to Pakistan, Tania served as SAPM to the Prime Minister, actively contributing to the development of a comprehensive national framework for digitization. Currently, her primary focus is on fostering the growth of Pakistan's young tech talent and spearheading the creation of tech solutions that propel the nation forward, particularly in the agricultural and financial sectors. Notable among her initiatives is Kisaan, a tech solution aimed at improving the lives of Pakistani farmers and ensuring equitable access to technology for the broader population.
